I am the poet of the body, And I am the poet of the soul. ~ Walt Whitman
Aware that my ability to serve others is only as strong as my ability to awaken my own healing power, I work on a balanced choreography between mind, body, spirit and emotion. My current interests include fiction writing, Chi Gong, Shamanic healing, and the role of creative expression in health.
I have maintained a private chiropractic practice in Seattle, WA since 1992. I was a partner in the running of The Moving Space in Ballard where I taught yoga for 10 years. Currently my office is located at Roosevelt Chiropractic in the University District.
I offer chiropractic care, cranial therapy and movement instruction. My goal is to assist you in achieving and maintaining vital health and showing you how physical alignment can foster alignment in all aspects of living.
I attended Stanford University and California State University Northridge as an undergraduate. Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon graduated me Magna Cum Laude in 1990. My continuing education includes studies with osteopathic physician John Upledger and The Milne Institute. I completed Yoga Teacher Training with Gail Malizia in Seattle in 1995 and I continue to study both ancient and modern healing modalities.
